We have quite a line up of birthdays on Adlandpro and thought I would wish the November Adlanders a very happy birthday.
This Friday news roundup has some new blogs to share from the blogging community, but before I do that I thought I would let you all know that I have done a press release about the Adlandpro blogging community and the sharing of both members and non members of Adalndpro about our “PRWeb” press release has been so very heartening – many thanks to all of you who got the word out, it has been very appreciated!

Luella May has been serving up ways to stay healthy as well as sharing awesome recipes on the Aldandpro community for quite a while now and she always manages to shares some very healthy tips for the health conscious person.. for example did you know that frozen versions of your favorite veggies cut down on prep time and, thanks to flash-freezing technology, contain just as many nutrients as their fresh counterparts?
I thought that with the weather changing to one that is colder, sharing the Quick Eight Vegetable soup would be a great idea to give you for a weekend dinner.
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 small chopped onion
4 cups msg-free vegetable broth or msg-free chicken broth ((fat-free and reduced-sodium, if available)
1/2 cup frozen baby lima beans
1 (15-oz.) can field peas with snaps or else black, Great Northern, or navy beans (no-salt added)
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup frozen tri-colored bell peppers
2 tsp. dried oregano or thyme
Pinch of dried red pepper flakes
1 cup frozen broccoli florets
Himalayan or sea salt, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
(As always, choose organic content and fresh content as much as possible for the healthiest recipe. Also, wash all fruits and vegetables before cutting or adding to the recipe.)
1. In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broth and bring liquid to boil. Add lima beans, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
2. Add canned beans, mixed vegetables, peppers, oregano and pepper flakes and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add broccoli, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. This soup keeps, covered in refrigerator, for 3 days. Reheat in covered pot over medium heat.
3. To serve, divide soup among deep bowls. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, or pass it separately at table
This Friday news roundup social media tool tip is one that I found on Google + and its about understanding hashtags. Why are hashtags useful? Very simply hashtags help you sort through all the different posts and zero in on what is important to you and Hashtags are also important as way of tracking a niche or topic that you are interesting in.
These two #twittertools are terrific and operate on the same principals ( but of course each company have different USP’s) of displaying search terms and hashtags with their frequency of a time period
Regardless of which social network you use, when it comes to etiquette or netetiquette, it is always wise to know your manners and how to market ethically and with credibility.
Kim Garst wrote a post a year ago about this very topic The Social Media Etiquette Guide You Wish Miss Manners Had Written. Everything that she has written on this post can be applied everywhere including Adlandpro. No matter what you say or do on social networks, there are always consequences, so heed Miss Manners and remember social media marketing is about building relationships.
To end this Friday news roundup I would like to leave you with a smile and 22 minutes of inspiration
